We proudly offer shipping across Canada. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

  • Order Processing: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Please allow additional time for order verification or during busy periods (e.g., holidays).
  • Shipping Times: After dispatch, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. For faster delivery, choose our expedited shipping option.
  1. Shipping Rates
  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $150 CAD are subject to a CP shipping fee.
  • Express Shipping: Need it sooner? Our express shipping service is available via live shipping rates at check-out, ensuring faster delivery within 1-3 business days. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your cart and delivery destination.
  1. Discreet & Secure Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All cannabis products are packaged discreetly in secure, odor-proof, and tamper-evident packaging. The contents of your package will remain confidential, ensuring that no identifying cannabis labels are visible from the outside.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

  1. Age Verification

In compliance with Canadian cannabis regulations, all customers must be at least 19 years old (or the legal age in your province). We may request additional information or documentation to verify your age before shipping.

  1. Delivery Issues

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely. If you encounter any issues, such as a missing or damaged package, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter quickly.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us immediately for assistance.
  1. Shipping Restrictions
  • Legal Compliance: All orders are subject to federal, provincial, and local cannabis regulations. DankDash only ships to valid Canadian addresses and complies fully with the Cannabis Act.
  • Remote Areas: Some remote regions may experience slightly longer shipping times. Our team will inform you if there are any significant delays.
  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe receipt. We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier if needed.

  1. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with Canadian law, all sales are final due to the nature of our products. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on any cannabis-related items. Should you receive the wrong product or experience damage during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a suitable resolution.
