Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. For non-defective items, we do not accept returns due to health and safety regulations. For cannabis products, once they leave our facility, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is to ensure the safety and quality of every product we offer.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We offer a full refund or exchange for any products that arrive damaged or defective. To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide a detailed description and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- We will guide you through the return process, and once we receive the returned item, a full refund or exchange will be issued.
Refunds
We process refunds for defective or damaged items only. Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Exceptions
- Final Sale Items: Any product marked as “final sale” is not eligible for return or refund.
- Opened Products: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened products, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
