Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the CE Head Office Affiliate Program! As an affiliate partner, you can earn store credit by referring customers to our website and encouraging them to make purchases. Please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions for our affiliate program.
1. Program Overview
CE Head Office operates an affiliate program where affiliates earn 10% of the total sale amount for each new customer referred through their unique affiliate link. In addition, affiliates will receive 10% of the total sale amount on purchases made by individuals they refer to join the affiliate program (i.e., for referring new affiliates).
All affiliate commissions are paid out in the form of store credit for use on future purchases at CE Head Office.
2. Enrollment and Acceptance
To participate in the CE Head Office Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit the application through our online registration form. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. By applying and participating in the program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Affiliate Commissions
- Affiliate Referral Commissions: You will earn a 10% commission for each successful purchase made by a customer referred to CE Head Office through your unique affiliate link. Commission is calculated based on the final sale price, excluding taxes and shipping.
- Sub-Affiliate Commissions: You will also earn a 10% commission on the sales made by individuals you refer into the affiliate program.
- Commission Payment: Commissions will be paid in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website. A minimum balance of $50 store credit must be accumulated before a payout is made.
- Commission Validity: Affiliate commissions are valid for 30 days from the time of referral. If the referred customer completes a purchase within that time frame, the commission will be credited to your account.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Accurate Representation: Affiliates must represent CE Head Office and its products accurately and truthfully. Any misleading or deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited.
- Promotional Methods: You are encouraged to promote our website using ethical and legal means, including through social media, blog posts, email marketing, and websites. However, affiliates must refrain from using spam or any illegal marketing tactics.
- Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must follow CE Head Office’s brand guidelines when using our logos, product images, and other promotional materials. Approval is required for any modifications to our brand assets.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited under the affiliate program:
- False Claims: Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about CE Head Office products, services, or website.
- Referral Manipulation: Affiliates are not allowed to self-refer or engage in any activity designed to fraudulently generate commissions, including using their own affiliate link to make purchases.
- Paid Ads on Trademarked Terms: Affiliates may not run paid ads using CE Head Office’s name or trademarks as keywords or target terms in any search engine marketing campaign, including Google Ads, unless otherwise approved in writing by CE Head Office.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that CE Head Office will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation in the program. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of customers, or any technical issues with our website, payment processing, or tracking systems.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold CE Head Office harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities (including legal fees) resulting from your participation in the Affiliate Program, your marketing activities, and any actions that breach these Terms and Conditions.
- No Guarantee of Sales: Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any specific sales or commissions. Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing strategies, and CE Head Office makes no representations about the potential income that may be generated through the affiliate program.
7. Termination
CE Head Office reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Engaging in prohibited activities.
- Any fraudulent or deceptive conduct.
Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid according to the affiliate’s remaining store credit balance. However, if the termination is due to fraud or other serious violations, commissions may be withheld.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. CE Head Office is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your data.
9. Modifications to the Program
CE Head Office reserves the right to modify or cancel the Affiliate Program at any time, including changing commission structures, payment terms, or program requirements. Any changes will be posted on our website, and affiliates will be notified via email. Continued participation in the program after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
